Kim Gilmore
Co-Founder
Kim Gilmore is the proud owner of All Contractors Supply and RAW Roofing Solutions, two successful companies in the construction industry. With a strong belief in empowering women, she actively participates in organizations dedicated to advancing women in construction-related fields. Kim serves as a Board Member for the Lake County Development Council and is a member of the National Ohio Contractors Association, National Women in Roofing, and Leadership Lake County.
She is also involved in the Mentor Chamber of Commerce and the Willoughby Chamber of Commerce, demonstrating her commitment to community engagement. Kim’s outstanding contributions were recognized when she was a finalist for the Fast Track 50 award in 2023. She takes pride in owning women/minority-owned businesses and holds various certifications, including Ohio Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and Encouraging Diversity, Growth, and Equity (EDGE) certification, showcasing her dedication to promoting diversity and inclusivity within the industry.
Dan Gilmore
Co-Founder
Hailing from Euclid, Ohio, Dan has crafted a life rich in family and career achievements. Now settled in the picturesque Concord Township, he shares a home with his loving spouse and two children, Derek, aged 25, and Lexi, aged 20. With a robust career spanning over 35 years in the construction industry, Dan has experienced it all – from the foundational roles of a general laborer, ascending through the ranks to foreman, then superintendent, and finally a project manager.
From the hustle of construction sites, Dan finds joy and rejuvenation in family vacations and spending quality time with his loved ones. This blend of professional dedication and personal warmth paints the picture of a person deeply rooted in both his work and family life, making the most of every moment.
Jason Lerer
Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer
Jason, a seasoned professional with 22 years of experience in the roofing industry, calls Mentor, Ohio, his home. His journey in construction began early, building homes in Cleveland for his uncle, which laid the foundation for a career that seems almost predestined. With roofing and construction in his DNA, Jason has not only mastered his craft but has also passed on a legacy of skill and dedication to the field.
Outside the demands of his profession, Jason finds balance and energy in playing golf and working out. These activities not only keep him energized but also reflect his commitment to personal growth and well-being. Family plays a central role in Jason’s life, sharing it with his three boys: Jaxon, 11, Beau, 8, and Brock, 5. Traveling with his family and exploring new experiences together are among his most cherished activities.
Tony Tomasone
Sales Manager
Tony, born and raised in Solon, has built a dynamic career that took him from the bustling streets of New York City to the scenic landscapes of Cleveland and West Virginia. Currently residing in Lyndhurst, he boasts an impressive 8-year tenure with Lamar Advertising, a leading company in the billboard advertising industry. His journey through various cities has not only broadened his horizons but has also honed his skills in sales and sales management. In West Virginia, Tony demonstrated his leadership abilities by managing a team of seven, guiding them to achieve and surpass their goals under his direction.
Outside the office, Tony has a couple of unique hobbies that showcase his diverse interests and talents. He is an avid golfer, finding solace and challenge on the greens, a passion that complements his professional life’s dynamism. Additionally, Tony possesses an intriguing skill that sets him apart: the ability to solve a Rubik’s Cube in less than five minutes. This fun fact reveals a mind that enjoys complexity and problem-solving, qualities that undoubtedly benefit him in his professional endeavors as well.
Sebastian Nunes
Production Director
Sebastian, a native and current resident of Euclid, Ohio, has woven a narrative of growth and determination through his career in the culinary world. Beginning his journey in 2017 as a dishwasher at Vittorio’s, Sebastian’s relentless work ethic and passion for food propelled him through the ranks, culminating in a role as a line cook. Over a decade, he honed his skills not only at Vittorio’s but also at Trader Jacks, dedicating approximately two years to each establishment. This experience has not only seasoned his culinary abilities but also deepened his appreciation for the craft of cooking.
Beyond his professional life, Sebastian carries a unique personal story: he has a twin sister, and intriguingly, his older brothers are also twins. This remarkable family dynamic adds an intriguing layer to his persona, symbolizing both unity and individuality. Sebastian’s journey from the back of the kitchen to a proficient line cook, coupled with his distinctive family background, paints a picture of a person who embraces both his work and personal life with enthusiasm and resilience.
Donna Davis
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Donna has spent most of her life in Franklin Furnace, a small town tucked into the hills of southeastern Ohio. Surrounded by family and wide – open space, her childhood was filled with the simple joys of farm life — chasing chickens and cows, splashing in the creek, and riding her bike along winding dirt roads. You could often find her lost in a book under a favorite tree or daydreaming in the barn loft, watching clouds drift by. Today, she passes that same sense of wonder on to her granddaughter.
Over the years, Donna has worn many hats — from retail to restaurants — and she carries a lifelong dream of one day becoming a published author. As Raw’s Scheduler and Coordinator, she is the steady hand behind the scenes, carefully guiding each client’s journey from that first phone call through to the outcome. She brings warmth, attention to detail, and a genuine love of people to everything she does — and she wouldn’t trade the camaraderie of her Raw family for anything.
Dakotah Combs
Office Manager
My name is Dakotah Combs, and I live in Madison, Ohio. I am a full-time college student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting. I am especially proud to be the first college graduate in my family, as education has always been an important personal goal of mine. I take great pride in working hard both in the classroom and in my career, and I am committed to continually learning and growing.
I began my working career at the age of 15 in the restaurant industry, where I developed a strong work ethic, learned the importance of customer service, and gained valuable experience working in a fast-paced environment. After that, I spent three years working at a bank, where I expanded my knowledge of financial services, strengthened my communication skills, and learned the value of accuracy and attention to detail.
I enjoy serving as the Office Manager for a roofing company. I find the position both challenging and rewarding because every day brings new responsibilities and opportunities to solve problems. I enjoy helping keep the office organized, coordinating daily operations, assisting customers, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently. Being in this role has strengthened my leadership, organizational, and time management skills while allowing me to contribute to the success of the company.
I come from a large family with three siblings, and growing up in a busy household taught me the importance of responsibility, teamwork, and supporting others. I consider myself to be very neat, organized, and detail oriented. I enjoy staying ahead of deadlines, keeping projects on track, and maintaining an organized work environment. These qualities have helped me succeed both professionally and academically.
In school, I always strive to earn the best grades possible and take my education seriously. My hard work and dedication have earned me a place on the Dean’s List, and I am motivated to continue building my knowledge in finance and accounting. My goal is to use the skills and experience I have gained throughout my education and career to continue growing professionally and making a positive impact in the workplace.

Gino Hernandez serves as Production Manager at RAW Roofing Solutions, bringing more than a decade of experience managing large-scale projects in the landscaping and hardscaping industry. A results-driven professional with a natural talent for problem-solving and a reputation for strong follow-through, Gino ensures projects run smoothly from start to finish. Known for his energy, focus, and approachable nature, he blends professionalism with genuine warmth, making him a valued collaborator both in the field and with clients. Outside of work, Gino is an avid fisherman and dedicated soccer player, finding balance by pursuing outdoor adventures and staying active in his free time.
Mike Soeder

With a career that began at the tender age of 13, Michael has amassed over 20 years of experience in the field. His journey started with working summers for a prominent roofing contractor in Cleveland, an endeavor that not only supported his education through high school and college but also laid the groundwork for his future. Michael’s extensive background includes eight years of advising local contractors while working for one of Ohio’s largest roofing supply companies, followed by a decade in the financial services and group benefits industry. Today, he returns to his roots in the roofing sector, bringing a renewed enthusiasm for assisting homeowners in making informed decisions about their properties.
Michael’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cleveland State University, underpinning his professional endeavors with a solid educational foundation. Outside of his professional life, Michael is a devoted family man, married to his wife, Megan, and a proud father to two daughters and a son. Residing in Mentor, OH, his personal life is as fulfilling as his career, with hobbies that include golfing, following Cleveland’s sports teams, and enjoying his children’s activities. An avid cook and sports enthusiast, Michael’s love for the Cleveland Browns and Guardians showcases his deep-rooted connection to his hometown. His passion for golf and bocce further highlights the balance he maintains between a demanding career and a rich, personal life.
Jess Tomasone

Jess was born and raised in the Stow OH and now resides in Lyndhurst with her husband and adorable black lab Zoey. Jess brings a unique blend of experiences and a passion for helping others to her work. Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kent State University, allowed her to have a diverse work background spanning the realms of restaurants, childcare, and the steel industry. These experiences have instilled in her a deep-rooted commitment to excellence and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in every endeavor.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Jess finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. Whether she’s trying out a new sourdough recipe, immersing herself in the pages of a good book, or cherishing quality time with her family, she embraces each moment with enthusiasm and gratitude.

A Chardon, Ohio native and Mercyhurst University Business Management grad, Joey gained hands‑on experience as a laborer with ERUtility, where he learned the value of hard work and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.
A fitness enthusiast and avid sports fan, Joey is always looking to stay active, build meaningful connections, and grow both personally and professionally. Whether he’s tackling a challenging project or sharing a laugh with friends and family, Joey is dedicated to making the most of every opportunity—and he’s proud to be part of the RAW Roofing Solutions family!
Thomas Ziebor

Tom, born in Westlake and raised in Beachwood has dedicated his career over the past 8 years to mastering the roofing industry from every possible angle. His journey started directly on the roof, gaining invaluable, hands-on installation experience before transitioning into manufacturer sales and residential roofing. This diverse background has given him a complete knowledge of the trade. He doesn’t just know how a roof is put together, he understands the materials and how to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for homeowners.
Outside of roofing, Tom enjoys staying busy, getting my hands dirty with DIY tech and electronic projects, and heading out into nature especially when it involves fishing. He’s also a massive Cleveland sports fan, so whether he is cheering on the Browns, Cavs, or Guardians, there’s a good chance his weekends revolve around game days.
Above all, he values quality time spent with his family and his fiancé Kayla, balancing a busy work week with the things and people that keep him grounded.
Ryan Boruszkowsk
