Quick History

Geneva was officially incorporated in the 60s – 1958 to be exact – but its history reaches further than that. The first settlers started arriving in the territory back in 1805 when the area was settled by a couple of settlers coming in from the state of New York. They soon formed a township called Harpersfield – which was quickly abandoned and Geneva was formed. Since then population has grown with its ups and downs.
