I know it isn’t always easy to trust Google reviews, but I assure you mine is legit. My inspection and meeting with Joey and Tony made me feel comfortable and heard. I had a LOT to say (lol). I had 4 other companies give me a quote - Raw … More was the ONLY company who actually went up on my roof to inspect. I made it very clear I wasn’t going to be rushed into a decision, and I feel they respected that.
Communication was great - texts, emails, and my favorite part - the link sent to me while work was in progress so I could see almost real-time drone footage of the work being done. It was great to watch the progress from work.
We had a new roof, gutters, and downspouts installed and also had chimney work done by Raw. So happy to report no wet ceilings!
One other note - the price was actually exceptionally competitive. To be honest, it was my lowest quote. I wasn’t shopping for the lowest price, I was shopping for a company I could trust, and I felt that I could trust Raw. The crew was respectful of my property and left everything clean and tidy when done. Constant communication during the install with pictures shared online and phone calls when needed.
