Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Strong base salary
Production-Based Commission: $per square on completed rejuvenation projects.
This is additional performance income that scales directly with production output.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential Roofing Production Manager to lead and
optimize our field operations. This role will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of
all residential roofing projects — from material staging through final inspection — ensuring
quality workmanship, efficiency, and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential roofing crews on a variety of roof systems (asphalt shingle, metal, and other home roofing materials).
- Oversee daily production activities including tear-offs, installations, repairs, and clean-up.
- Coordinate with Sales Dept. to confirm roofing scopes, project timelines, and proper materials before jobs begin.
- Conduct pre-job walkthroughs with crews to review job details, safety procedures, and expectations.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
- Monitor project schedules, adjust crew assignments, and resolve issues to minimize delays.
- Train, mentor, and develop field technicians and foremen to maintain high performance and quality standards.
- Perform regular quality control checks on ongoing projects and final walkthrough inspections before customer sign-off.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety policies at all job sites to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and completion updates to internal teams and customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential roofing operations and crew leadership.
- Strong understanding of residential roofing materials, installation methods, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read job scopes and coordinate logistics efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Commitment to quality craftsmanship and superior customer service.

Professional Roofing Expert (Sales)
Reports To: Sales Manager
Schedule: Monday – Friday and 2 Saturdays per month
Position Type: Commission-based with initial training pay
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Roof Inspectors handle roof inspections, sell services, prepare estimates and contracts, and ensure excellent sales experiences for clients. When not attending appointments, they must generate leads through canvassing, events, social media, and referrals. Roof Inspectors also attend sales meetings and continuous training as needed. Primary duties include running appointments, performing inspections, attending sales meetings weekly, training, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Required Skills:
- Sales-minded and driven; prior sales experience preferred but NOT required
- Self-motivated and self-starting with an ability to seek out and seize opportunities
- Comfortable self-generating leads through networking, canvassing, and social media
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize a variety of tech products, software programs and platforms, including mobile tablet POS and video and photo recording
- Comfortable walking on a roof and using a ladder
- Comfortable working in all climates – we are a year-round roofing company!
- Ability to comfortably lift and transport 50-80 lbs
- A positive team player that partners well with various company departments while also able to stay on task and work independently
- ‘People-first’ attitude and ability to patiently and professionally work with customers
- Organized and detail-oriented with great oral and written communication skills
Other Requirements:
- Active drivers’ license and clean driving record required
- Background check required
- Ability to flex between day, evening, and weekend appointments as needed

TRAINING:
- Comprehensive 8-week paid training program
- 1 week in class
- 2 weeks hands-on field training
COMPENSATION:
- Training Pay for Initial 8 Weeks
- 100% Commission-based pay after 8 weeks – no cap on earning potential

We primarily seek candidates with prior roofing experience for installer and crew lead roles. Most workdays begin with a project briefing and travel to the job site. Our crews work with CompanyCam to document progress in real time, maintain clean and organized job sites, and communicate with project coordinators throughout the day. Workdays vary in length depending on project scope, but our team takes pride in completing jobs efficiently without cutting corners.
